Return Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all non-custom orders. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within the first 30 days. All return requests after the initial 30 days are subject to review. For custom orders and one off products, all sales are final. Custom products would include bimini tops, custom fit towers (Samson & New Dimension Towers), custom colors/powder coated towers and speakers. We do not charge a restocking fee but the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the items has been returned and the above conditions are met, the buyer will be issued a full refund.
